Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

In short: we find pages that appear to republish your content and file removal requests on your behalf. You must own the content you submit, you must give us accurate details, and no one can guarantee that a third party will remove anything. Don’t use the service to make false claims or to target content you don’t own.

1. About these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “the user”) and BrandProtector.club, operated by JBS Productions (“we”, “us”, “our”), for use of the BrandProtector.club website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying tokens or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. What the Service does

The Service searches publicly available search results for pages that appear to republish content associated with profiles you tell us about, scores those results, and lets you review them. Where you approve a result, we may generate and send removal requests — primarily to Google, and where applicable to hosting providers — and we may check afterwards whether those requests took effect.

We are a detection, documentation and submission tool. We do not control Google, hosting providers, or the operators of any third-party site, and we do not have any ability to compel them to act.

3. Your account and your details

You agree to provide accurate information, including your full legal name and country of residence, and to keep it current. Removal requests are legal notices, and an inaccurate notice can be rejected, or in some circumstances give rise to liability for you and for us.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

4. Ownership and authority

By submitting any URL for removal, you confirm that:

  • you are the copyright owner of the material concerned, or you hold the necessary rights, or you are otherwise legally entitled to request its removal; and
  • the information you give us is accurate; and
  • you authorise us to submit removal requests on your behalf, and to identify ourselves as your authorised representative where a recipient requires it.

This authority lasts while you use the Service. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us, but it does not affect requests already submitted.

You acknowledge that removal requests typically require a statement made under penalty of perjury. You are responsible for the accuracy of each request you approve.

5. Tokens, scans and payment

  • Scans are paid for with tokens purchased in advance. Prices are shown on the website and may change for future purchases.
  • One scan covers one brand across the searches we perform for it. The number and type of searches may vary as we tune the Service.
  • Tokens are not a subscription and do not expire, but they have no cash value and are not transferable.
  • Payment is taken through our payment processor. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
  • Because tokens are consumed by computing work that cannot be reclaimed, purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise or where a scan failed on our side — in which case the token is returned to your balance.

6. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee that any page will be removed, or that any removal will be permanent. In particular:

  • removal from Google hides a search result; it does not delete the underlying page;
  • a hosting provider may decline, ignore or fail to action a notice;
  • a site operator may file a counter-notice, in which case a result can be restored;
  • content may be re-uploaded elsewhere at any time;
  • third parties may change their processes, response times or addresses without notice to us.

We report outcomes based on checks we perform at the time we perform them. A result that later changes is outside our control.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service:

  • to submit claims about content you do not own or have no right to have removed;
  • to target lawful content, competitors, critics or anyone exercising a protected right;
  • to submit the same URL repeatedly to overload a recipient, or to send any form of bulk material that is not a genuine removal request;
  • to attempt to gain access to other users’ data, or to interfere with the Service’s operation;
  • in breach of any applicable law, or of a recipient’s submission policies.

Removal requests are sent from our infrastructure. Abuse of that channel affects our ability to help every user, so we may suspend or close any account we believe is making false, vexatious or bulk non-genuine submissions, without notice and without refund of unused tokens.

8. Your indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim, loss, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a request you approved that was false, inaccurate or made without authority, or from your breach of these terms.

9. Privacy and disclosure of information

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You should be aware that removal requests sent to third parties are outside our control, and that a recipient may publish or share a notice — for example, Google may forward notices to the Lumen database, which publishes notices after hiding contact details such as phone, email and address.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, scoring methods, content and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content and data you submit.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may change, add or remove features. We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page with its date. Continued use after an update means you accept it.

12. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if continuing would expose us or other users to risk. On termination, the rights and obligations that by their nature should survive — including indemnities, disclaimers and limitations of liability — continue to apply.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, reputation or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — except that we may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where you use the Service in the course of a business.
